Social Media and eDiscovery

If you were intrigued by the 3 minutes Josh Gilliland and I spent talking about Social Networking and eDiscovery at ILTA a couple of weeks ago, you might want to check out the Social Media and eDiscovery webinar that is being put on as part of Virtual LegalTech on Sept 23.

*  Michael E. Lackey, Jr., Partner, Mayer Brown LLP

*  Honorable David J. Waxse, US District Court, District of Kansas

I think I’ll try and make it a point to tune in.
