What a sad world we live in

So you’re a teenager and you steal a gun from a family friend and use it to shoot your teacher. His widow sues everyone in a wrongful death suit. The jury finds that the friend who’s gun you stole is 50% liable for the death. The school board is 45% liable for his death, and the company that distributes that particular model of gun is 5% liable. You, as the person who committed at least three crimes, (stealing the gun, unlawful possession of a firearm, and murder) are not found to have any liability in the death of your teacher.

The whole concept of personal responsibility really is dead, isn’t it?

You can’t just return to talking about the importance of teamwork and diversity when you just canned 10% of the team as if nothing happened.
