Word 2003 upgrade bug

Over the last few years I’ve done a few upgrades to Office 2003, and we’ve been rolling out Office 2003 at work (finally!) over the last few weeks, so how is it that today was the first time we ran into this bug with character units?

Weird. But, there you have it, if you ever find a Word installation that will not show the correct measurement unit in the ruler no matter what your unit of measurement is set to, check out that little bit of scripty-ness.
