Dell recall

So how many of the laptops you support have had their batteries recalled? We have 12 pool laptops and it looks like 6 of them will need to be replaced. Dell’s site reported that it would take about 2 weeks to get the replacements, but I imagine it might really take loner given the size of this recall.

Since taking half our pool laptops out of circulation for that long is pretty much out of the question, we might have to come up with some fun, friendly warning signs to pop on them for now. 🙂

  1. Hi Mike,

Out of 10 laptops that we have, 8 of them needed batteries. All 8 were purchased about 8 months ago.
