Access-orizing

I’ve been pretty much head’s down in Access all day so far. I had a rather complicated request for some reporting from our membership database, so I pulled all of that into Access to mess around with some queries and I’ve got it 90% done, but I’m running into a slight roadblock involving the exact logic of what I’m trying to do.
