How to not impress me…

When you work for a consulting company and are looking to recruit me, please, by all means, ignore everything that is on my online profile about how I’m not looking for a temporary position, argue with me about what a “temporary” position means, (“No no, this is a six month contract and then they might want to hire you.” How is that not a temp position?) and be chewing gum so loudly that I have to struggle just to understand what the hell you’re saying anyway. That will absolutely make me want to work for your company! Grr…

Of course I could also complain about the fact that you can see what I do now, what makes you think I want to sit at a help desk and answer phones all day long?
